    Roper Hospice is part of the Roper St. Francis family, a non-profit hospital system serving the Tri-County for over 150 years. Roper St. Francis receives top national awards year after year and cares for more Lowcountry families than any other healthcare provider in our area.

    Hospice care is provided either at Roper Hospice Cottage at 676 Wando Park Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant, or in patient's homes.
