    The American Islamic Congress (AIC) is a non-profit, international non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to building interfaith relations and interethnic understanding. Members of AIC’s Board of Directors, its staff and interns include Christians, Jews and Muslims and come from diverse economic, ethnic, racial and religious backgrounds. Our programs and projects include diversity training, issue advocacy, the promotion of human rights and democracy-training and women’s empowerment projects in Iraq.
