SNPT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to reducing animal suffering by addressing the root causes of overpopulation. Through targeted spay and neuter programs and culturally relevant education, we equip underserved communities with the tools and resources to create sustainable, long-term change. Our work prioritizes high-impact regions where animals face the greatest need, driving measurable outcomes that improve animal welfare and community health worldwide.

SNPT is a Napa, California–based nonprofit with a global agenda: to confront the root cause of animal homelessness, uncontrolled reproduction, and change the equation permanently.

We are not here to manage the crisis.

We are here to prevent it.

Across the world, dogs and cats are born into environments that cannot sustain them. Shelters overflow. Rescues burn out. Donations cycle endlessly. And yet the births continue.

SNPT focuses on the single most effective, evidence-based intervention available: high-volume, ethical sterilization.

One unspayed female cat and her offspring can produce tens of thousands of kittens in just a few years. Even at a fraction of that rate, reproduction compounds faster than rescue capacity. Prevention is not just helpful, it is essential.

We partner with local veterinarians, governments, and community leaders in underserved regions where access to care is limited and population growth is urgent. Our work combines surgical precision with long-term strategy:

• Preventative care to protect animal health
• Education that empowers communities to sustain change

SNPT is built on a belief that may feel radical in today’s landscape: rescue should not have to be endless. With data-driven planning, global collaboration, and compassionate intervention, we can reduce suffering at the source, not just respond to it after the fact.

We are currently assembling a founding board of bold, mission-driven leaders who believe that prevention is powerful, scalable, and overdue.
