  • About Us

PCB is a peer network for all who are impacted by vision loss. We promote policies and practices that lead to greater independence and opportunity for all persons who are blind or who have vision loss. PCB is the parent of 10 local chapters across Pennsylvania. As individuals who have lived with vision loss, our goal is to provide the SPARK (Self-confidence, Peer support, Accessibility, Resources, and Know-how) that ignites independence and fuels the future success of those who are new to vision loss.
