About Us
TILE’s overall mission is to develop a pipeline to create the next generation of leaders through a host of annual forums, workshops and programs. Since 1999, TILE has trained numerous leaders through its premier four-part series Leadership University, along with one-day workshops including: Effective Advocacy, Running for Office 101 and Positioning for Boards and Commissions.
