About Us
O.N.F.I.Y.A. Agency, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose vision is to inspire youth and young adults to achieve successful careers or entrepreneurship by empowering them with educational and vocational resources, and life skills to become self-sufficient adults.
Our mission is to provide early intervention & prevention services for at risk youth & young adults to reduce teenage pregnancy, domestic violence, homelessness, incarceration and/or any grief due to a loss.
The agency is in direct response to the growing number of youth and young adults between the ages of 13 and 25 that are either falling through the cracks at school, already in the judicial system, or succumbing to negative influences within their communities. Our goal is to identify those individuals who are experiencing a turbulent transition to adulthood and offer positive support by creating a diverse culture to cater to the needs of each participant so that they can have a very positive environment to thrive within.
