The Child Care for Every Family Network is a values-based movement network that engages partners and stakeholders—including parents and providers—across policy, research, communications, and organizing to center racial and gender equity in child care to create and enact a bold, equitable vision for the future of child care. This network is formed around a common vision, namely that high-quality, affordable child care that enables parents to work and children to thrive is a public good that should be available to everyone, and that workers in the field—disproportionately women of color—should have good quality jobs. We co-created a network structure that brings together diverse stakeholders at the grassroots, state, and national levels to dynamically respond to changes in the political and social environment to advance long-term culture and policy change
