    Billy’s Legacy Foundation empowers teens to achieve leadership, personal or educational goals by granting financial scholarships. The foundation was established to provide scholarships and/or grants to students aspiring to be involved with programs supporting continuing education, youth leadership or to students who need dependence recovery grants. Billy’s Legacy Foundation also recognizes that teens and families experiencing devastating situations are especially vulnerable. We will build a bridge of hope for these individuals by enabling them to choose life- affirming support at a critical time in their lives.

    About Us

    Billy’s Legacy Foundation was established to be a fundraising campaign to be able to bless the youth of today. In June of 2008, the youth center space was completed and dedicated as "The Summit" in Billy’s memory. This area has been utilized as a training facility for Master’s Commission students preparing for a future in mentoring young people and as a place for students to learn, develop, and refine skills in four main areas: music, art, graphic design and website development.

    The Billy’s Legacy Foundation will continue to offer scholarships for The Summit program and others like it in an effort to assist with the financial barriers that may limit dreams and opportunities of our youth today.
