    ECFC connects with families of children living with disabilities in order to help fulfill vital unmet adaptive equipment needs, provide educational workshops, and foster community, free of charge.

    ECFC is based in Columbia, Maryland and serves Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Our main program is our Equipment Donation Program where we take in and refurbish gently used adaptive diability equipment and the loan those items out to families in need, free of charge.
