    The CUT is a collaboration of healthcare, research, housing, education, and faith-based organizations to develop innovative strategies for transforming struggling neighborhoods. The CUT is governed by representatives of those sectors and under the initial administration of the Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation.
