THE COMMUNITY CAT ALLIANCE

  • Mission

To protect and improve the lives of community cats. Community cats that are valued and accepted as an integral part of our community and live in harmony with people in their shared environment. By trapping and neutering community cats, we reduce the population of stray cats, reduce suffering and disease, find homes for kittens and educate everyone about the need to spay or neuter your pets.

    About Us

Community Cat Alliance was started by a handful of dedicated volunteers in 2014. Today, our all-volunteer organization works to trap, spay/neuter/vaccinate and return stray, abandoned and feral cats in the counties of Clarke and Frederick, VA and Winchester, VA. We provide medical care to adults that need it, we pull in kittens from the colonies we serve, provide them much needed medical treatment, and work to find them forever homes. We spayed/neutered over 700 cats last year and our goal for 2022 is 1,000 cats.
