We offer programs that provide all the assistance clients need regarding their healthcare options and physical well-being. All About You HealthCare Advocates brings the education aspect combined with awareness to the clients and other organizations in our community. The goal of All About You HealthCare Advocates is to increase Middlesex County's participation in policy-making that results in equitable policies that will improve the quality of life for all patients and healthcare providers regarding their healthcare options and physical well-being. Our goal is not only to assist with creating stable living environments for those in need but also to equip them with the resources and skills necessary to empower themselves and overcome misfortunes. All About You HealthCare Advocates expects to serve 400-500 clients and their families within the next two years throughout the community through our programs and health fairs. With our proven record, we are confident that out of these participants, 90%-100% will have improved their knowledge regarding their healthcare options and physical well-being. The renewed individuals will have increased comprehension regarding us by connecting them with our highly qualified, committed healthcare professionals and staff members who will advocate on their behalf and will gain success. In the past year, we have offered one-on-one patient advocacy and free physical health examinations, including screenings for cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes, benefiting over 200 low-income community members.
