Ally Squared aims to create a community to find tangible and realistic ways to address microaggressions experienced by society members who face obstacles due to assumptions about their identities in their social and professional lives. Ally Squared is experience-driven, human-focused, and action-oriented through online and in-person facilitation. It encourages the idea of allyship- both in the sense of being there for others but also for yourself.
