  • Mission

Project PLASE addresses homelessness in Baltimore through our transitional and permanent housing programs coupled with a continuum of housing and services to meet the special physical, mental, and emotional needs of residents. We strive to move individuals from crisis to housing stability by treating, restoring, and rehabilitating the whole person and empowering each individual to function at his or her highest level possible.

    About Us

The goal of Project PLASE’s transitional housing program is to house and serve homeless citizens in 24-hour supported supervision and case management with a focus on helping the individual function at the highest level.

We provide residents with three meals daily plus snacks, linens, bus tokens, assistance with medical appointments, and clothing as needed - making it easier for residents to focus on getting back on their feet.

Each resident is assigned a counselor for assistance and support. Active case management is given to assist the individual to meet his/her needs, move beyond their crisis situation, and avail him/herself of community based services and resources as appropriate.
