Beulah HDFC, Inc. creates and provides quality affordable housing in the South Bronx, trains the residents of the housing development as leaders and takes action to change the social environment of the communities where the developments are located. We are not a social service agency and we are not building managers. Our central purpose is to develop leaders who can build public relationships with their neighbors, think strategically, and then act to win on issues that enhance their lives.
