Loyola Blakefield, founded in 1852 in Baltimore, Maryland, is a Catholic independent school for boys in grades 6 – 12. Loyola is inspired by the principles of St. Ignatius Loyola and the Society of Jesus. Its goal is the formation of the whole person within a diverse and disciplined environment, as one who is: open to growth, strives for academic excellence, religious, loving, committed to justice through service, and committed to diversity.
