The Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing Opportunity Council works to ensure equal access to housing for all people through education, counseling, investigation and enforcement. EHOC is the only private non-profit fair housing organization in metropolitan St. Louis, serving the Missouri counties of Franklin, Jefferson, St. Charles, St. Louis, City of St. Louis; and the Illinois counties of Madison, Monroe and St. Clair.
