The mission of First Foot Theatre Productions is to contribute to our community and the world at large through building, sustaining, and developing innovative professional theatre. We strive to question, explore, examine and scrutinize the world we live in. Our theatre is observation; many eyes, hearts and souls, initiating dialogue. First Foot uses theatre as a catalyst for education towards cultural understanding and social change. Stepping from the theater into the street and from the street into the theater, the avenues, parks and high-rises are our stage and our inspiration. We ask ourselves: Who are we? How do we relate to each other? What can we do together? We accomplish this mission by presenting original work, encouraging artist development, and cultivating diverse participants within our community. We are citizens of the world and challenge you to feel, think, interact and resonate.
