    The Rural Education Action Project (REAP) is a collaborative effort of the Stanford University Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and the Center for Chinese Agricultural Policy in the Chinese Academy of Sciences. REAP conducts real world, experiment-based research to help policy makers enact creative and effective solutions to China's educational challenges.
