    Founded in 1965, the Kenosha Literacy Council trains volunteer tutors to help adults in our community learn to read, write, and speak English.Literacy has proven to be a fundamental ingredient in building strong families, a good economy and a healthy community. The Kenosha Literacy Council is dedicated to improving literacy in Kenosha County and we need your help.
