  • Mission

Special Olympics is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for people two years old and older with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendships with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

    About Us

Special Olympis offers a range of opportunities to volunteers! We need people to go out to weekly practices and help organize and teach the athletes different sports and skills. We also need behind the scenes help with administrative needs, fundraising and special events. There is something for everyone and no experience is needed!
