    YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.

    For almost 90 years, the YWCA has been making a difference in the lives of women, children and families in White Plains and Westchester by:

    • Being the largest provider of supportive housing for low-income women in New York State and the only provider in Westchester County
    • Cultivating girls to be tomorrow’s leaders
    • Preparing children for a bright future through one of the largest early education and youth services programs in the County; and
    • Putting better health and wellness within reach of all, including the developmentally disabled.
