West End Family Counseling Services provides high-quality, affordable, innovative programs for the diverse communities the Agency serves.

West End Family Counseling Services is a non-profit, public benefit charity.The Agency provides low-cost community mental health services in the West San Bernardino County. With an annual budget of $3 million, the Agency provides over 25,000 hours of direct services to clients from 3 clinics, over 30 school sites, and various community centers.

A volunteer Board of Directors governs our Agency. Day-to-day operations are managed by our Chief Executive Officer and several senior Program Directors. Services are provided by social workers, masters-level counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and supervised graduate interns. Programs and services are audited and evaluated regularly by Federal auditors, San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health, and independent financial auditors.
