About Us
Founded in 1979, CFH, Inc. is a IRS 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in good standing that provides a continuum of housing opportunities to limited-income adults and families to empower them to successfully create a sustainable home for the future and reach their full potential. CFH programs are available to all eligible applicants regardless of race, ethnicity, creed, gender, familiar status or religious affiliation. The service area includes 21 Counties in Northern Virginia but primarily works in the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William.
