    Project Empire is a community-rooted nonprofit that removes economic and social barriers for low-income and historically marginalized residents across Maricopa County. Drawing on decades of combined experience in education, workforce development, and nonprofit management, we serve as both a fiscal sponsor for mission-aligned grassroots projects and a direct provider of capacity-building programs that foster self-sufficiency and family stability.

    What We Offer

    Fiscal Sponsorship:

    10% including administrative fees and reports. Additional services for extra charge.
