Village Arts will create a community where differently-abled adults are valued for their unique gifts.

The Goals of Village Arts are to:

• Encourage participants to use their creative abilities and unique gifts for productive outcomes;
• Engage with the community to promote understanding of these unique gifts and abilities;
• Foster delight and joy in the creating and learning process while encouraging self-confidence, self-sufficiency, and self-autonomy;
• Create a place and purpose for meaningful engagements;
• Promote positive social interaction with the community;
• Advance art-making skills;
• Emphasize job skills development.
