    The National Councill of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA), founded in 1996, is a coalition of more than thirty national Asian Pacific American organizations. Based in Washington, D.C., NCAPA serves to represent the interest of the greater Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander (AA & NHPI) communities and provide a national voice for AA & NHPI issues.
