It is a centralized solution that scales across multiple regions, resulting in efficiencies and economies of scale. Instead of every school district or region trying to solve the same problem on its own, we make larger fixed investments in R&D, technology, and marketing expertise and share our lessons learned and best practices across regions.
This system meets Gen Z and Millennial prospects where they are (online, on social media, on their phones) and guides them through three stages: IDENTIFY those who are open to teaching; CULTIVATE their interest by overcoming the ten perception barriers; and SUPPORT them in overcoming the four entry barriers.
