    Black and Hispanic Achievers ( BAHA ) is a career exploration and leadership development program for African-American and Latino students in the 7th - 12th grades.

    By combining career sessions, workshops and special events such as workplace visits and college tours, BAHA creates opportunities for adults, families and community leaders to help teens set and achieve high educational and professional goals, build and strenghthen character and increase their career awareness, self-esteem and leadership skills.
