    The Community Health Center exists to share the love of God by providing non-emergency medical and vision care to healthcare services, and assist them in establishing a continuum of care through the conventional healthcare system to promote a healthy body, mind and spirit.

    About Us

    The Community Health Center seeks to serve those who are without means of attaining adequate health care, and who currently fall through the gaps in our health care system. These people generally fall into three groups - the homeless, the working poor, and the undocumented.
