    The TECNA Foundation is a recently-created nonprofit organization with a mission to support charitable and educational programs and activities relating to the promotion, development and support of science, technology, engineering, and math (“STEM”) education programs and workforce development programs in STEM fields.  More specifically, a primary purpose of the Foundation is to establish and support youth and adult workforce programs and activities implemented by the members of the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA). The Foundation also intends to support, educate, encourage, and empower individuals and organizations to participate in STEM education and workforce development, and provide new and expanded opportunities for youth and adults regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.
