Intermountain AmeriCorps

Intermountain AmeriCorps has served rural school districts and community agencies in North Central Washington state since 1993. Members strive to meet the needs of youth and expand coordination between school districts, community members, and other social service and community agencies. Intermountain AmeriCorps members work together to seek creative ways to improve student learning and help communities meet the needs of students and families. Members serve at schools and nonprofits in rural areas and small cities in North Central Washington state full-time beginning September 1st, 2016 – July 15th, 2017. Team members will serve alongside other diverse, dedicated, and adventurous individuals from across the country. Our 30+ member 2016-2017 team regularly meets for personal and professional growth trainings and team-led service projects throughout the 1,700 hour, 10.5 month service term.
