Fortune Relief And Youth Empowerment Organization, or FRAYEO, is a nonprofit organization started by and serving the East African Immigrant and Refugee community in the Twin Cities. All of our programming is developed based specifically on the needs of this community, as we work to elevate voices that are often shut down by a variety of barriers. By providing these cultural specific programs and resources, FRAYEO works towards assisting in cultural adjustment and increasing socio-economic health of this vibrant community.

FRAYEO works to provide a variety of resources and human services to the East African community in the Twin Cities area. The services include everything from employment help, housing assistance, youth education, health insurance assistance, and more. Ultimately, our organization goal is to lead East African families and youth into the stable and self-sufficient lifestyle they deserve.
