About Us

The mission and purpose of the Research Foundation of SUNY is to support the advancement of education and research at State University of New York campuses. The Infant and Child Learning Center and Lamm Preschool continue that mission through the provision of high quality services to our children and families as well as serving as a training ground for future professionals in the educational and health care arena. Families that feel empowered are better equipped to handle their day-to-day activities and raise children who are emotionally better adjusted to meet the challenges of our world.

We provide educational and therapeutic support to children with developmental disabilities and their families. Our services include: evaluations, service coordination, psychological counseling, social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, special instruction (including SEIT), speech/language therapy and nursing. We are located in 2 locations an Brooklyn; one at 670 Parkside Avenue in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens and at 500 19 St. in Windsor Terrace. Services are provided in home, in community based centers such as daycares, and in our centers. We also provide educational programs for the community including private pay daycare and UPK.
