About Us

Our mission is to do everything in our power to improve the lives of those with disabilities.

Since 1956, Garden Center has been a leader in human services by helping persons with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental disabilities enjoy lives of independence through therapeutic, residential, and vocational supports.

Garden Center Services serves 150 individuals with developmental disabilities through residential and vocational services. By managing 11 residences: 10 group homes, known as Community-Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs) and 1 Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) that include nursing services for individuals with developmental disabilities who have more medically-based needs, Garden Center is able to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve independent living. Vocational opportunities offered include vocational and life-skills programs, a thriving Thrift Shoppe, and supported employment opportunities throughout the community.
