NCHN is part of Colorado Health Network, which seeks to equitably meet the evolving needs of people affected by HIV and other health conditions through prevention, care, and advocacy.
Formerly known as the Northern Colorado AIDS Project (NCAP), NCHN has offices in Fort Collins and Greeley that serve the north eastern counties of Colorado. We provide case management services, as well as low-cost testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia. We run a syringe access program, provide free harm reduction and overdose prevention supplies, and host weekly suboxone clinics. We offer safe, free, and anonymous disposal for any needles/syringes
