Our mission is to strengthen and uplift the rural communities of Delaware County, by providing meaningful grants that enhance the well-being of all residents. Guided by a commitment to equity, collaboration, and sustainability, we aim to support initiatives that foster opportunity, resilience, and a vibrant future for our county.

Since 1965, the A. Lindsay & Olive B. O'Connor Foundation has been awarding grants to Delaware County, NY nonprofits, religious organizations, school districts, and municipalities. The O'Connor Foundation also supports scholarships for Delaware County, NY students at 19 higher ed institutions in New York State.

The O'Connor Foundation believes in fostering thriving, equitable, and resilient communities where every resident of Delaware County has the opportunity to succeed and enjoy a fulfilling life.
