About Us

REWAC is an indigenous organization registered under Cameroon law as a non-profit in March 2009.

It is dedicated to actions,activities,projects and programs for the promotion,protection and the

enforcement of the rights of refugees,asylum seekers, and forcibly displaced persons.

The Mission of REWAC is to re-build refugees lives for a brighter future.

The overall objectives and aims is to defend the rights of these group of vulnerable persons

as enshrined in International law,to which Cameroon is a Signatory.

Activities undertaken include but are not limited to : a pro-bono legal aid and advocacy program,psycho-social

assistance,a refugee children education program, as well as a poverty alleviation and sustainable livelihood

initiatives.
