    ReServe is an innovative nonprofit that matches accomplished professionals, age 55+ called "ReServists," with organizations that need their expertise. Nonprofits and public agencies can tap into a lifetime of experience to fill crucial staffing gaps at affordable rates. ReServists can do great things for their communities while they put their professional expertise to work on part-time service projects, in exchange for a modest hourly stipend.

    About Us

    ReServe partners with public service agencies of all sizes, budgets and missions. We currently operate in New York City, New Jersey, South Florida, New England, the Mid-Atlantic and San Francisco. ReServists come from all walks of life, and include marketing managers, social workers, artists, administrative assistants, HR professionals, and financial analysts, as well as people who have worked at all levels in health care, banking, advertising, education and government.

    ReServists provide direct services, administrative support, and capacity-building expertise in a variety of settings. Many use their experience with ReServe to launch new careers in the nonprofit sector.

    ReServe is subsidiary of Fedcap Rehabilitation Services.
