The Children’s Creative Project is dedicated to the following: To provide arts experiences for children not normally exposed to the arts To include the visual and performing arts as an in-depth and comprehensive component of a child’s basic education To expand work opportunities for professional artists in the schools To develop funds to support arts education programs

    About Us

Today, the Project reaches nearly 50,000 children annually in more than 100 Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo county schools with resident artist workshops and performances by professional touring artists. Incorporated in 1974, the CCP is a program of the Santa Barbara Education Office.
