The Russian Cultural Center “Russian Soul” is aimed at preserving and promoting rich and diverse Ethnic Russian cultural and artistic heritage through research, presentation, and outreach programs, as well as serving as a liaison between the Russian-speaking community and the broader community of the Twin cities, and assisting new immigrants with adaptation. We are 501 (c) (3) non-profit educational organization.
