About Us

The Anthropedia Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase health and happiness by teaching an integrated approach to well-being.

As the rates of stress-related illness and depression continue to increase rapidly throughout the world, the Anthropedia Foundation recognizes the need to introduce a new approach to well-being.

Current solutions for achieving mental and physical health are often limited to identifying and reducing negative emotions, harmful behaviors, and bodily ailments, while neglecting the importance of cultivating wellness in the entire human being.

Applying integrative medicine and new research in the Science of Well-Being, the Anthropedia Foundation develops educational programs, curricula, evaluation and treatment plans, as well as lifestyle tools that teach a sustainable path to health and happiness.
