Sokol is Czech for “falcon,” which is the mascot for Sokol organizations all over the world.
Our mission is to educate and inspire our community by cultivating a passion for health and fitness and by sharing the unique history and culture of the Czech and Slovak people. We do this by offering affordable gymnastics, fitness, educational, and cultural classes for people of all ages and abilities.
