About Us

Rediscovery's mission is to offers a continuum of services to unaccompanied, homeless high school students and youth who are aging out of foster care, in order to ensure their successful transition to adulthood.

Rediscovery fulfills this mission by offering a myriad of programs through which to create a transition age continuum of care. These programs are funded through several different funding streams, that include but are not limited to, Department of Children and Families, Department of Mental Health, Department of Youth Services, Lutheran Social Services, City contracts and private funders (foundations, corporations and individual donors). On rare exceptions, we have also had youth who have received funding from the Department of Developmental Disabilities.
