    The National IT Council is dedicated to achieving comprehensive empowerment and positive change within Black communities by leveraging technology and innovation. Our focus on technology adoption, business growth, education, and economic stability will drive lasting transformation. By building a strong and stable micro-economy within our districts, we aim to reduce reliance on government programs for our businesses and the ecosystem they serve, fostering self-sufficiency and resilience in the face of challenges. Together, we will empower Black-owned businesses to thrive, ensuring that they not only adapt to the evolving digital landscape but also lead in shaping it. Through innovation and collaboration, we will create a future where Black and Brown communities prosper on a global scale, driven by the power of technology and the resilience of empowered businesses.

    About Us

    The Black Wall Street USA Movement was established by our founder and national servant-president Dr. Michael Carter, Sr. In 1998. We establish Black Wall Street districts around the globe in the Spirit of the original Black Wall Street District of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

    Black Wall Street districts can be recognized as an urban area that is a thriving center of the Right Spirit, business, industry, and culture and is a commercial strip that has 50%-70% or more businesses owned by African Americans.

    This will enable local organizers and BWS district leaders to focus on their initiatives within their potential district. Leaders consider the people to be involved. District president's make sure the group is balanced and no special interests dominate.

    We've been able to establish 30 districts throughout the United States and another 20 districts throughout the world.
