International Association for the Study of Pain

IASP's mission is to provide information regarding pain to the public and professionals that promote understanding and facilitate research in the area of pain. IASP publishes various scholarly items including the monthly journal PAIN, quarterly newsletters, members' directory and several books per year on important topics in the field of pain. IASP holds a world Congress every tw years which is attended by approximately 7,700 health professionals.
