    The Connecticut Community Providers Association (CCPA) is a member-based organization representing providers of services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, mental illness, physical disabilities and other significant challenges. CCPA has advocated on behalf of rehabilitation and behavioral health service providers for over 40 years.

    Mission: To be the recognized, unified and respected voice for community human service providers

    To achieve positive human service system change in the public policy arena

    To be be a resource to our members to support the delivery of high quality, efficient and effective services
