    Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing environment for cats in need and to promote responsible pet ownership through education and outreach.

    About Us

    CatVando is an all-volunteer (501c3) organization dedicated to improving the lives of felines in our community through a multifaceted approach. We believe in the importance of trap, neuter, return (TNR) programs to control the feral cat population and reduce suffering. Our shelter also provides a hospice for cats with terminal illnesses, offering them a loving home for their remaining days. Additionally, we act as a sanctuary for cats that are deemed unadoptable due to behavioral or medical issues. Finally, we are an adoption (by appointment) center for cats that are ready for their forever homes, providing them socialization and care until they find the perfect match.
