We aspire to be recognized as the premiere resource and information center in the community for those with social, economic, or human developmental needs. We strive to create a caring environment where individuals are treated with dignity and respect and are enabled to become more self-sufficient, contributing, and fulfilled members of society. We endeavor to change lives in a positive manner, through counseling, education, support, funding, and partnerships. We will H. E. L.P. meet the basic needs of individuals and families in crisis in a comprehensive manner through direct service provision.
