About Us

Montgomery County Residentials under Resources for Human Development(RHD) offers mental health-supported and community living initiative with client-focused care. Currently we serve individuals in Norristown/Conshocoken, and Bryn Mawr, PA

New Foundations/YALE- Comprised of group homes for adults with mental illness. The program is located in the community and provides supervision, training, and guidance in daily living skills. Programming and service delivery is guided by the principles of recovery to assist individuals to achieve life goals. The Young Adult Learning Environment (YALE) provides additional educational, vocational, and social supports to better meet the needs of younger individuals 18 to 22 years old.

New Options- Clients are encouraged to function as independently as possible via making decisions and choices on activities of daily living and community participation. The Butler Pike site focuses on reducing barriers to independence and community involvement within a recovery-oriented residential setting.

Positive Resolutions- Enriching the lives of mentally ill adults by focusing on reducing the barriers to reaching their fullest potential and establishing supportive partnerships in recovery-oriented settings. Positive Resolutions is designed to support optimal personal, spiritual and social growth by facilitating activities that focus on skill development, wellness, and independence in residential settings.
